for dinner i had pita (542kcal) with a little bit of chicken (75kcal), cucumber slices (15kcal) and some lotus cookies in my yogurt bowl (234kcal).

i had my first meal at 5pm and my dad made me a pizza, i looked on the box and counted it has about 1140 kcal. i also had a bowl with sauce to dip in (184kcal)
after dinner i had some popcorn my dad got me, it was 210kcal for a portion. after that i went to bed LOL.

for dinner when i came back home i had to make myself some chicken (195kcal) but there was also some leftover pork bits so i took those too (163kcal). i made 3 eggs (233kcal) and i stirfried some leftover old rice with that (77kcal). i added seasoning thats why my eggs always look green but its always very yummy ! i shouldve put more salt tho.
my mom also tried to make me eat the potato salad again and i always get stressed when my parents pressure me even the smallest amount, but i wasnt having it today. i did grab some of the spinach she made me though, since im less bothered by vegetables (99kcal)
