general hisahito is a stratagist for the octarian army, taking over together with general kusunoki after the old general, nicknamed "old kusunoki" passed away with heart complications. daily tasks in his position include : piles and piles of paperwork, improving the structure of the army, making strategic plans, and getting super fucking high.

yeah right, super duper important person ?? sure !!! but nobody knows hes a person. he hides from everyone in his facility, prefering to stay in his office and working. the real face and the leader of the army would be general kusunoki. no no... hisa is definently more avoidant in person... but in his free time ??

in his free time... he has a streaming carreer at nighttime... with a fandom of utter 4chan degenerates, reddit mods, discord daddy's, yaoi fangirls and eating disorder inspiration seekers all ready to open their wallets for him... he plays videogames, makes people goon out for him, does drugs on stream to amp up his personality, and talks extensively about his cannibalistic anorexic diet~ he is actually quite popular, but only in the inkling world. as a halfblood, he can speak both inkling and octarian languages, and he really only posts to inkling social media's. hes problematic but in a way that people find amusing, so he stays a popular figure~

he is kind of an interesting case, he is a very 50/50 person. he has bipolar disorder, so he's either very chatty and rude, annoying and ready to bother you and annoy you and do all the things he knows will piss you off, acting extremely needy for your attention and even crossing personal space boundaries (for example for artem) , and on the other hand he can act very distant and snappy, telling you to go away. ontop of bipolar disorder he also has narcissistic personality disorder, very grandiose sense of self and believes he's superior over everyone (and spexx constantly blows up his ego and makes eonz genuinely believe it too) . the cherry ontop is having adhd and anorexia nerveusa... overal he has alot of mental issues and if i was in his shoes i would be disfunctional as fuck. he is medicated but sometimes he doesnt take his medicine. despite hes likable for his creepy cute nature and since hes very small.. alot of his violent threats are more akin to.. a child threatening an adult, than something thats actually serious. his pouty personality and brattiness make him cute.

demeanor

very compact in his bodylanguage, has a little bit bad posture, hands fiddling when walking, and he walks very fast also . when sitting in a chair he has his knees to his chin. when talking to you he makes deep eyecontact keeping his eyes open while looking at you. seen as a sort of creepy yet cute person , definently far from scary if you ask the average person.

temperament

gets upset and cranky very quickly ! will out his anger with pouting of hitting you many times , it wont hurt but the idea behind it is what counts. when hes upset he is quick to threaten you with his scary boyfriend beating you up , or him putting a gun to your skull, but these insults are rarely taken serious because of his less than scariness.

social

not really known that well socially, he avoids people for the mostpart . for the people he does know, there is 2 crowds: people who know him against their will and see him as an absolute pest to be around , or, people that really vibe with him and think hes the coolest person to be around. people are naturally curious about him because of his mysterious nature.

intellect

one of the good things he has to him is his smart nature , he genuinely really enjoys studying and reading , and he loves being smarter than everyone around him. he reads very quickly too, to getting alot of information isnt that difficult. hes a fast thinker , as a stratagist that really helps him.

strengths

his strongest points are his skills using weaponry, specifically long range weapons like his guns, and his intellect. hes a top ranking sniper (as shown by the seaweed in his hair ). hes also pretty tech savy , he could instruct someone to fix machinery, since i doubt hes strong enough to fix that himself

flaws

as stated before, hes incredibly weak, he has anorexia nerveusa, and he is physically weak because of it. coming in at a bmi 13.7 , i doubt he could hurt someone physically unless it was a child . another one of his biggest flaws is how snappy he is, he only works well with people who are obedient. luckily, almost anyone in the army will obey you if they knew you were an authority, but it still can be a cause for conflict.

motivation

his main motivation for his occupation is just to satisfy that feeling of being greater and grander than all of those around him. he enjoys controlling people, especially his boyfriend, aka general kusunoki. his motives for his ed are a bit more superficial, starting from an unhealthy relationship with food when he was little, to evolving into a competetive ed with a peer, and then morphing into a sense of comfort and controll, and obsession, refusing to let go of it

hobbies

except for studying and reading lots and lots of books, hes an avid enjoyer of videogames . during nighttimes, he streams videogames to the inkling internet and hes quite good at those too ! his favorite games to play are combat games, but he'll try out other games too for contents sake. he also pacing around his facility, watching people train through the glass windows.

his favorite scent is sakura !
